Ana Iglesias is a Professor of Agricultural Economics at the UPM and previously at Columbia University, USA. Her research focuses in global change science and policy. She has contributed to programs of the UN, US Agency for International Development, US Environmental Protection Agency, the Word Bank, and the European Union. Her work has been published in over one hundred papers. She is currently a Reviewer of the IPCC Economics of Adaptation and contributed to the EU White Paper on Adaptation to Climate Change. Her main role in the project will be contributions to social and economic components of the research. She will participate in the case study of the Iberian Peninsula.
