Cristian Mastrofrancesco has a degree in Statistics and Economics, a Master in Decision Intelligence and Strategic Decisions. He has been working for ISPRA since 2003. Cristian’s work for BASE includes the comparative overview of European national adaptation strategies, the analysis of policy integration and the development of strategies for enhancing policy coherence and effectiveness.
