João Guerra (joao.guerra@ics.ul.pt) is a sociologist, postdoctoral fellow at Institute of Social Sciences University of Lisbon, member of OBSERVAs research team since 1998, and member of its Executive Committee since 2010. He carried out several research projects focused on environmental issues and their interactions with society: governance, civic participation, sustainable development, environmental education, etc.
