Duncan Russel is leading WP7 and co-leading WP2. He is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Politics in the College of Social Science and International Studies, University of Exeter. He holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia and has extensive research experience in the areas of environmental policy coordination, policy appraisal, evidence based policy making and the political economy of climate change.
