Ibon Galarraga, Ph.D. in Environmental Economics from the University of Bath is currently a Research Professor at BC3, whose main research lines are Public policies, policy instruments and economic valuation.
In BASE he is involved in the policy analysis to develop strategies to enhance policy coherence and effectiveness and in the up-scaling of results from bottom-up case studies.
